I have committed to spending the next 12 week focusing on my health. This means getting my nutrition on track to fuel by body the right way, exercising 6 times and getting enough sleep. I will be watching all of the mindset videos each week to work on that side of it was well.
I have started blogs in the past and they have been about where i want to get, and tend to fall of at some point during the time so we will see how this one goes.
I have been trying to lose weight all my adult life with periods of weightloss and weightgain. Over the last six months i have been up and down around the same 3kg. I had great success for the three months before that with eating the amazing food from dietlicious but it was not sustainable to keep paying for it.
I have been getting myself ready this weekend by doing a huge cook up so i will have spare food in the fridge ready to go when I need it. It feels good to get back in the kitchen and have cleaned out all out of date food and made the kitchen over.
